[NI] Unable to purchase Smurfberries through the Google Play Store

Checked everything to do with my account settings and everything seems to be ok, just keeps saying error please try again later.have used various payment types and will not let me buy anything, seems to be this game only as im able to purchase items for other games.please help

Did you check parental controls withing settings of google play store account as that stops children making inapp purchases
