[iOS+Android] Time loss and countdown timer issuers (going-back-in-time bug) have become excessive.

    Hi Speedy! This is a well known snd very frustrating bug. Please read the posts above which have some hints about how to try to avoid it.

    Something strange happened in my village: I opened some MMB and placed a hut that I had won at the mountain. I went to other areas and when I returned to the mountain, the hut and the changes I made were gone. Everything was like before (only the smurfberries I used were gone, too). I restored the game to be safe of corruption (and to get at least the smurfberries back). I will open a ticket...
    Did this happen to anybody else?

    Welcome to the forum, and I’m sorry that you are having issue.

    I moved your comment here because appears that you have the going-back-in-time bug, which happens randomly.

    Unfortunately, there is no ‘fix’. First, close down your game completely and relaunch it. Personally, I found that it helps to use Fireman every time I leave an area. Plus, if I decorate a lot, I do a manual save before I leave an area.

    Important: Keep an eye out gor any other problems in your village as that may be a different issue. If you see any (iteems that have been in place for awhile disappearing, overlapping items etc.) let me know here. As a note, if you want to answer someone (like me, here) you just tap “Comment” on your own post and add the @ symbol in front of the person’s forum name- that way a conversation stays all together. You can add as many comments under the original post as necessary!

    It just happened again! Every time I go into another village and come back it resets ? this is really frustrating, is there anything that can be done?

    I had done a lot of work in my smurfs village and then moved onto the other villages. As I went to return back to the Smurf village all the work I did was gone and was like I never did it this has never happened to me before so wanted to flag it as I’d hate for it to happen again.

    I think you may have been hit by the going-back-in-time bug and just didn’t notice before you updated, since these were items that you placed recently. It is a common problem, unfortunately!

    Thanks for getting back to me so soon. From what I can tell it happened right away. It’s limited to the Grove area and only a small amount of decorations that were placed the day before. Rocks and a few flowers. Nothing else seems to be affected.

    Hi Liza! Did it happen immediately after you updated or slightly after? If it happened immediately, you will need to fill out a Customer Support ticket. If it happened sometime after you updated, missing items are usually a sign of corruption.

    Please let me know which it was. What kind of things are you missing? Was it something you had bought recently? Do you see anything else strange in your village?

    On the last update 7/31/22 I lost decorative items in the Grove area. Nothing major but it’s never happened before.

    Kat, I am afraid that your village may have experienced corruption, and the only way to resolve that is to recover a previous village. Please go to this link, read about a corrupted village, and about how to recover an uncorrupted village. The sooner you do it the better.     Hi I did submit a ticket to support and I just went in to my game and now I have zero swoofs I do not know what the problem is here. Support has not yet get back to me from yesterday. I’m going to submit another ticket I don’t know when they’ll get back to me. I’m kind of at my end my rope. Any suggestions would help again thank you.

    Katnuthouse Did you try Support again with the link that I gave you? They had a problem for a day or so, but it is working now. It is frustrating, I know, and I am not sure if they can help you, but there is no harm in trying.

    Regarding the lost Swoofs… If they disappeared recently, you may have a bigger issue. Please try completely rebooting your device and keep an eye out in your village for any other problems; any items disappearing, overlapping items, etc. If you do find additional issues let me know here.

    I purchased them within the last month. I did tried to contact customer support but it said new help center coming and I couldn’t find anywhere to send then my Feedback. So If I do a local save to go back I can recover my Swoofs I will lose all the time spent doing the test run everything I won and the Smurf berries spent gone as well as the progress I’ve made in the last couple of days.

    Hi, Kat, and welcome to the forum. I have moved your post here because this is the topic about the bug you are experiencing- it was #2 in the topic you originally posted in, and had this link.

    Unfortunately, there is no fix to the going-back-in-time bug. The missing Swoofs are another issue and may be unrelated, unless you purchased them recently. When did you purchase them?

    If you have a problem with your game and cannot find an answer on the forum, you will need to contact Customer Support. Please do this even if others are reporting the same issue, as PopReach needs to know the details of the devices that are having problems, and how many people it is affecting.     Hi I am new hear I tried to send a Support ticket in but I’m not able to find it on the game so here goes. Yesterday after I collected my rewards from the test run I was on the planet and I experienced a Timelapse where I went back and my craters has not processed so I redid it went back in they still weren’t processing I lost two hours. I went in today and I noticed that my architect Smurf did not start their dig like they were supposed to so also from yesterday which I did not notice so I went in to do that then I noticed I am missing 10 spoofs I had 110 now I only have 100. If I go back to the safe location from yesterday midnight I will lose everything that I got in the test run. Is there anything I can do other than to reset my game back to yesterday morning at midnight because I got quite a bit of resources in that test run. I purchased these 10 swoofs Smurf berries so I’m kind of in a pickle here I really don’t want to repurchase these stupid spoofs but yet I don’t want to lose all the resources.
    I thank you for any help I can get.
