I live in Florida and there are lots of water based Christmas parades. My idea is for there to be a lighted boathouse/marina and then holiday decorate boats (and other floating objects) for a “boat parade”. I don’t know if water objects can move about (I believe only Smurfs move one place to other in the water) but even stationary they’d be nice. I think the holiday boat parade boats should be available in all areas with water/water tiles for placement.
