Hi there! This has been requested many times in the past as you can see from all the comments above.
In the future, please use the search function in the upper left corner of the forum to find whether someone has already started a topic so you can post things pertaining to that issue there instead of making a new topic that will have to be merged. You can usually find existing topics relevant to your questions, ideas or problems more quickly too!
When searching, the trick is to change the search to “Relevance” rather than “Last Update” (which is the default) after you do your initial search!Last edited by Cupcake; 10-12-2019, 08:58 AM.

it’s 2020... why hasn’t the “shovel all” option been given yet.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!! It’s so time consuming to do. If the place all could be given for crops scuba and everything else it should be given to the digs too!!

Please bear in mind there may be unintended consequences. Prior to there being a dive all, you could collect dives every 30 minutes. They implemented a dive all and the dive time was changed to every 2 hours to ‘balance’ the game (developer speak for making sure your progress is at the pace they want and that a player cannot either advance or get resources faster than the developer wants them too)
Not saying this will happen, not saying whether or not its good or bad, just know that to every action there is a reaction.

This is insane!
I have just restarted playing this game again after 3 years and there is STILL no "Shovel All" upgrade on the Mini Backhoe. There is already so much to do and so many areas to work on, I seriously don't have that much time in my working day life to be placing each individual Dig Site around the mountain. I don't care if you get less resources or it takes longer because for now its better than not digging at all.
If there's a Dive All suuuurely they can upgrade the Backhoe for a Shovel All!
Come on.
Someone create a Poll of something on a FB group to add this in! If there is a FB let me know lol I'll vote for it fo sho!! Lets get this moving along!!!Comment

Is there something on the mountain that let's you place all the dig plots at once without manually placing a dig site each time? I'm super tired of doing that lol. I know that scuba has the submersible that upgrades so you can place all plots at once... is there a similar item for digging on the mountain?Comment

As you can see, there have been many requests for a “dig all”, and it is not planned. There is already a “dive all”- see below.

Please make the “dig all” idea happen! I love this game but sometimes I just don’t have the time to place all those shovel sites. I would love to have the backhoe work like the tractors do for the crop plots. It’s seems like people have been asking for this for years.Comment

Cupcake, I know that the times changed when the all dive was added. I think it would be ok for the dig sites to take two hours also. If it would balance the game I get that. I would really like the convenience of a dig all function. I work a lot and don’t have 7-10mins to place dig sites every thirty mins. I would have a minute or two to get on the game every couple hours. If I was to dig around the clock I would need to spend 10mins out of every 30mins of my day. Thats one third of my day. I work full time and go to school, there really isn’t a enough time in the day to use the dig sites. I place them in the morning and then collect all in the evening. I would rather lengthen the time to make it more manageable to play the game and interact with the real world too. I have invested an enormous amount of time into this game because I love it. The dig all function would just make me love it more. I wanted my voice heard and try to bring a spotlight to a topic that users have been asking for for literally years. The game was three years old when the first comment about a dig all feature. The game is now 11 years old and it blows my mind that this function is still not integrated. I feel like the game designers care more about sheep and smurfy wonders than actual useful functions to help game play be more pleasurable. I got an iPad as a 13 year old with smurfs downloaded on it by my mom for Christmas in 2010. I am now 24 (in a month) still playing the game and enjoying it. 11 years of my life are forever about smurfs. And many more in the future. I just wish the game developers would listen to the community members. I’m not the first to ask for “dig all” and I probably won’t be the last. I don’t want this request to continue to be pushed to the back burner and forgotten.
