[NP] Allow us to paint the base/outside walls of the Mushroom Huts and Condos

It was suggested in a different topic combined with new blueprints for windows:

I love the holiday window customizations we've gotten over Halloween and Christmas. That got me to wondering, why aren't there any standard window customizations? Please add some options that will allow us to change the windows and colors of the mushroom bases.

I think it deserves it's own topic, considering it will be easier to implement. Please let us paint the base of the huts as well.

It wouldn't be nice if we could paint also the walls of a hut, instead only the roof? I think our villages would become ever more original and exciting. Can Beeline think to find a way to do it? Obviously for the condos too...
