How do I change my language from Chinese back to English?

My game has randomly changed to Chinese (I think). Not speaking Chinese myself this makes it unplayable. I’ve googled solutions and it was suggested the problem is the devices language settings, which I’ve checked and they (correctly) show UK English. I’m running iOS 13.3.1 on an iPhone 11. Please help.
