Hi, I am a little bit confused with the new update and when I won a present from my games I had two possibilities : put it in the village or stock it. The thing is I don’t know where to find it anymore, can someone help me please !!!!!

Welcome, Clacia! If you stored it, it will be in your regular storage hut/shed in that area.-
It will only appear in storage once you have bought the storage hut. You will not be able to find or place it before you have bought storage. -
I do understand, Clacia, but perhaps I wasn’t clear. Your past items will not appear anywhere and you will not be able to access them until you buy the storage hut. Once you buy it and open the hut, they will be there. There is no other way that you can access them until you buy storage, as you chose to store them, rather than place them.
If you do not buy storage, then I suggest that you place future items from games into your village rather than ‘storing them’.Last edited by Cupcake; 11-19-2019, 05:21 PM.

In order to see stored objects you must buy the storage shed for that area. The storage sheds are in the menu under ‘Smurfs’, then ‘Structures’. Once you buy the storage shed, all the items that you sent to storage will appear.
If you do not wish to buy the storage shed in each area yet, I suggest you place the prizes rather than storing them.

This topic will answer your question. In the future, please use the search function in the upper left corner of the forum to find whether someone has already started a topic so you can post things pertaining to that issue there instead of making an entirely new topic that the moderator will have to merge. You can usually find existing topics relevant to your questions or problems more quickly too!
When searching, sometimes it helps to change the search to “Relevance” rather than “Last Update” (which is the default) after you do your initial search! In this case, I just searched ‘storage’ and this topic appeared.

when I play a game and when something and asked me to places in storage or put in the village I want sometimes to put it in my Grove or the mountain or in outer space and when I go to find it I don't know where to find the stuff I put in the storage I'm missing a bunch of stuff including my previous post about me mini games that got erased on there own from everything but my main village at least 200 smurffs berries i thoughti was funny my goal Ilist have found 77 pearls in the marinas's game but they erased it from my island for no reason but you can go on my goals and see if I had it so I wish they'd just give me some type of answer this is about the seventh post I posted about thisComment

Nickie, please read the answers above which should help. When you put something in storage it goes into storage in that area- you cannot get it out of storage in another area. So if you win a prize in the main village and put it into storage, you can only get it out of storage in the main village. If you do not own storage in an area, you must buy it before you can see any prizes won and stored in that area.
As for pearls, you don’t actually win pearls; finding pearls give you XP and coins.
If you are missing mini-games or other items, it may mean your village is corrupted, which has been mentioned to you before. Did you submit a ticket to Customer Service? If yes, please be patient as they are very busy right now.
