We need those holly bushes to stay and the poinsetta! If you delete the hollies my village is ruined! And you can't take away Purples Godzilla, it's a master piece! Don't even want to think about Godzilla's revenge....brrrrr

I think they should be permanent too. I too, bought a bunch and stored them. I don't use many in my designs but I think they're versatile enough to use all year round. I especially like the holly bush as its the only non-potted bush that only takes up one square. Would be great if Beeline made another non-potted one square bush.

I just wanted to add my vote to keep the wooden reindeer, holly bush, and poinsettia as permanent items. I have had mine since last year and love them. While I stored my reindeer most of the time, I was able to take them and my gift packages out the day after Thanksgiving to give my village a festive look while I waited on the Christmas update. If I hadn't been able to do any decorating while waiting for the update, I would have been very upset. I remember several items being noted as seasonal last year, but these were listed that way...and I don't think they should be this year either.

Hi everyone. I'm sorry to have kept all of you in suspense. After relaying the communities sentiments towards these seasonal items, the studio has given me their answer. These items were meant to have been seasonal and only temporary. However, it was argued that since so many of us have had them for over a year already and made them part of our village; we should be able to keep them. Beeline agreed, and so for now it looks like we are going to be able to keep the Poinsettia and the Holy Bush even after the snow is gone!
As for the Wooden Reindeer, Beeline says they'll look into letting us keep that too - but it doesn't look likely. I know some of you really wanted to keep it as well, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad, and I for one am personally happy with the outcome.

That's great Spelling Bee, thanks. Personally I only wanted a few more holly bushes and to keep the reindeer but Purple's masterpiece would be gone and half of Heunola's decorating. I did like the reindeer as a decoration for visitors at the animal sanctuary but I will be able to add a Smurfy animal.

This is great news! I’m glad that we don’t have to strike up a campaign. Thank you for looking into this for us and advocating for your fellow SV players, Spelling Bee!
Also, if Beeline chooses to “accidentally” remove them in a later update….it may be cause for mutiny. JK

I am glad that at least the both items remain. However: when yule goat and the other Items had been removed Beeline said, this happened incorrectly. Now they say, these items were never planned as permanent items. But they were called last year so. Beeline has either a short memory or Beeline acts at own discretion. And that isn't okay!

Hi Morning. These items were mislabeled last year. They were meant to be removed, and some were (including the Yule Goat etc.). There was some initial confusion about if they should or should have not been removed, but ultimately, it ended with them being left removed and never being added back until now. In this update, Beeline has everything labeled correctly. If it says it will be temporary and disappear with the snow, it will (except for the Poinsettia & Holly Bush.)

This is wonderful news! Thank you Spelling Bee for advocating for these items! I have made them a substantial part of my village and it would have been super disappointing if they were to disappear! Very, very cool that they are staying! I love the little wooden deer, but understand if that must go. They were nice to bring out of storage when we were waiting for the Christmas update, but I understand why Beeline wants to keep the majority of seasonal items special to certain times of the year.
