[PS] Unable to place the second Bridge in the Main Village for the Western Expansion

I am at level 19 and am not able to build a bridge for the second expansion, how do I fix this.

Please move any items placed near the river as you can only place the bridge on some spots (if those spots are covered by items, you can't place the bridge)
