[iOS+Android] Newly constructed huts suddenly appear in the spaces previously occupied by other items

Hallo Spelling Bee, now I observed how a hut appeared: This is my castle of heart-chests:




I just had decorated it with Ghosts. Suddenly one heart chest turnend invisible:




Yesterday I found this item





invisible. I had put it in the Storage and it turnend visible again. I wanted to do the same with the heart chest. I had a look into my storage before I wanted to put the chest into it, but when I came back to the Castle of heart chestes, the invisible heart chest had turned into a translucent hut:





I wanted to move it into storage, but I didn't have this option:

So I delated it:




and lost a lot of the heart chests. It was really scary!!!

I had one of the tall wooden fence pieces turn into a hut in my MV last night. I was at 99% when it happened. While collecting all my XP from all my areas, I leveled up. When I went back to my MV, I was unable to build a new hut. I guess it was because the other one just appeared while I was still at 99%. I just moved the hut and bought a new fence piece to replace the transformed one.

Today my little toy railway on the Island turned invisible and by tappig on it it turned into a crop field. Happy, I could recover.

Our game is haunted by all the ghosts we are adding to the game. ooooooeeeeeeeoooooo! I wonder if this is happening on the same spot in all the games? Where were your huts built? Are you using iPhone or iPad?

I don't have the huts suddenly appearing problem but I did have a problem the other day similar to your disappearing chest. For me it was the Halloween organ that disappeared then came back.

From the images I saw, they all appear to be red huts. I did screen shots of my village for future reference. Otherwise, I'll just assume I suddenly developed keen village decorating skills. LOL!

I had a ghostly experience on the mountain. Setting out new digging sites, when all of a sudden there was something else underneath the "cursor". I couldn't quite identify what it was, it looked maybe like the crystal tumbler. But then it was gone again, and I could place a regular digging site.

Everybody please be extra vigilant, I just had an illegally built structure in my mv today. Luckily it took only 2 of my wooden benches but this bug is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. I have no desire to contact your dreaded customer service so please fix this ASAP before it takes something of great importance in my village beeline! (iOS 1.9.0)

You are indeed lucky it only took the benches. I lost 7 heart chests (=245SB) and didn't get a refund from this unable Customer Support.

I don't hold the belief that the developers are working to fix this awful bug.


Maybe Spelling Bee can hear back and gets more hopeful informations?

oh gosh, it's terrifing... I prefer to wait 2 more weeks for an update, but not to have this kind of bugs :'(((

Still the bug exist!!! An illegally hut is being built again in my village, thank goodness I caught it before it's finished or else it would've stolen my penguin, my white gift box and my giant Christmas gift! This bug is really a grinch! Please fix this!!!!

I can't believe this bug is back! This isn't just an annoying bug, it's a scary one. Houses engulfing and deleting other items? This is awful! I haven't experienced this bug yet but if SB items, real money items, or items available for purchase for a short time were deleted so a house I don't want can appear I'd be pretty pissed. Beeline, please find a way to fix this horrible bug.

This bug is so strange. Right after the first time this happened to me, I've decided to get a police force in my village. My police smurfs toiled 24/7 for weeks without incident. Then right before updating, I've decided to remove my police force (so unsmurfy to have them around when there should be no crime in my sv) and on the very same day a smurf was building an illegal hut. Luckily I caught it in time and have no choice but to deploy my police force again. So far no illegally built huts yet but now I'm afraid to remove my police force.

Hey I don't have a corrupt police force I too don't have a police force initially (so unsmurfy) but right after the first illegally built hut, I've started procuring them. Apparently there are lawless smurfs in my village.

LOL Smurfy. Sounds like you need a new sheriff in town ... a smurf with a badge. Perhaps Clint Eastsmurf or John Waynesmurf are available for hire ????.

Definitely need them in my village Tzr, lots of unsmurfiness in my village. Maybe Thief smurf managed to somehow sneak into my village

In a few minutes I'm expecting to level up again and if my hunch is correct, the chances of an illegally built hut popping out has increased exponentially. Time to bring out my police force again and be hyper vigilant.

So far so good, it's been a week now since I've leveled up and I haven't seen an illegally built hut yet. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.

It happened today in a friends village! When will this ugly bug be fixed???

This is odd, not only because it is an unauthorized hut building itself in the middle of another item, but also because the hut is in a spot where it should not fit. The corner overlapping the river is weird, nothing should be able to be built there at all. This is a scary bug.
