Not finding smurfberries after buying the Shell Storage?

Hi guys,

A few days ago I purchased the Shell Storage to stop having to delete seashells gained from scuba diving. Ever since doing so, I haven't found a single smurfberry while diving, whereas I used to find them fairly often beforehand. Could this be a bug? I use the Smurfy Submersible to place and collect all of my dives.
This is my first post here, so I apologize in advance if this is a known issue, or if I'm supposed to file a support ticket before asking here - I wasn't able to find info on the etiquette of these forums.

Hi Nick! I don’t think it is a known bug as I couldn’t find any reference to it when I did a search. I would wait a few days and keep close track of your Smurfberry count when you collect, as it could be that the berries aren’t showing in the same way the resources are, but are showing up in the count. Or it could be a run of very bad luck. Or it could be a bug. After giving it a few more days, if no berries appear in your count, please fill out a Customer Support ticket.

BTW, you didn’t violate forum ‘etiquette’! In fact, it often helps to check in here before filling out a ticket. If you have questions or problems in the future, you can use the Search function in the upper left corner of the forum to see if someone has raised the issue before find answers to your questions more quickly. Sounds like a plan. I'll keep track of my smurfberry count, and update the thread with my results over the next few days.

Hi again, Nick! I decided to try this out myself (I never dive anymore). I did 4 rounds of 125 dives each and got no berries, however, on the 5th round I got four! So although the odds are not good at all, it appears that there is not an issue with having shell storage and collecting with the submersible. Hope this helps!
