[Android] Game crashes when trying to open my level 28 village!

I cannot get in my 28 or over account for 2 days and that makes me terribly sad as Im wasting my huge amount of time with this game. After I open game n click play button game makes me face with my phone screen by crashing. Have u encountered this kind of problems? Do u have suggessions?

OlgaJosh Hi and welcome to the Community Forum! Can you please provide the following information so that I can better assist you?

• The type of Android device you have (Example Samsung Galaxy S5)
• Which Android OS version is your device using (Example 4.2 Jelly Bean, or 5.0 Lolipop, etc.)
• The version of Smurfs' Village that you currently have installed (Example 1.71.0 Christmas Part 2)

If you have not tried it yet, go ahead and close all of your open apps, and then exit them completely. From there, turn your device off completely, and then turn it back on again. If that doesn't help, you can also try putting your device in airplane mode/disabling your Wi-Fi/Cellular connections, and then see if you can enter your game.
