[Android] Experiencing constant crashing after watching videos or traveling to another areas in version 1.52.1

My game keeps crashing all the time and i have no ideo how to fix it, i have read some topics, but they were from 2015 and only about starting the game, so i don't thing they are relevant to my problem

i have cleared up some space from my tablet, just to be sure, i have about 5,5 free GB now (i had about 4), but it didn't change a thing

first it was crashing after playing a add video from the video hut or travelers caravan, then it started crashing when loading a new area, and later even after completing mini games, and now it's also sometimes even when im harvesting crops....the game also keeps crashing more and more, it really is getting frustrating....

im lvl 27 now, and i really don't want to start over.....

Elyneo I think you should contact Bongfish Customer Support. It sounds like a pretty serious issue you have going on there. I hope they can help you!

ps by crashing i mean that the game goes all black and shuts itself down.

Elyneo Thanks for the information. Hmm, that tablet model appears to be several years old with only 1GB of Ram. That smaller amount of RAM is most likely one of the reasons your game is crashing often. As the game has grown in size and complexity over the years, some devices just don't have enough system resources to run the game optimally. Clearing up your storage space certainly won't hurt anything, but it will have minimal impact on the game's performance providing you have enough to continue installing updates. The newest update (version 1.53.0) was just released today. Once it's available in your Google Play Store, try updating to see if anything improves and let us know.

Spelling Bee the update made it worse i can't even start the game now
i have to click on oke to get off the update page and than the game shuts itself down.....
i have tried for 3 times now, and i restarted my tablet first...

ah, the fourth time it could get in.....
and the daily bonus just went back to zero....

the game still keeps crashing, though it's a bit less laggy on some things....

Reporter’s Rewards were recently changed to a new Calendar system. Each update will contain a brand new 21 Day Calendar with new rewards and end of the week gifts. It’s normal for it to start back to day one after each update since it’s a brand new Calendar.

But the game is still crashing a lot, i have contacted support and they are trying to fix it,
when i have a fix i will share it of course

but i fear my tablet just has not enough RAM because of old age....
