[iOS+Android] Papa Smurf appears to be stuck in the upper left hand corner of the Planet

Poppa Smurf on Swoof'sPlant is stuck in a left hand corner and want come out. I have rebooted my iPad twice. Is any else having problems? Thanks. And told tell me it is somewhere I put in a sea hand it didn't come up. Thanks ern

Ms Bee you can take this down. Sorry I rebooted my iPad another times he finally game out of hiding... ????

He does that on the planet a lot, and occasionally grandpa does it on the mountain. Simple force quit your game (on iOS double tap the home button, flick the preview off the screen, single tap the home button to exit the mode) Reopen your game and you should find him wandering around the planet again. It's been like this for a few updates, he and other things get suck up in the corner.

Glad you were able to resolve it by rebooting. As Skydiver said, if it happens again that's the best thing to do until they can resolve the problem.

Did a search first, and didn’t see anything. This just started after I updated with the “hotfix” yesterday. I can still just barely click on him to get quests. There’s also an extra character (one of the white and red axolotl looking ones) stuck there with him.

Hi, Lady! Don’t forget to change the search to ‘Relevance’ after you do you initial search (rather than the default, which is ‘date of last update’.) That is how I found this existing topic... Hope this helps!

That’s actually been part of the game for a year or two. Just reboot your game - force close it and get it to open up from the ‘gargamel chasing a smurf’ page and he’ll come out of that corner and get where he belongs
