[iOS+Android] Ongoing problems with Tracker Smurf disappearing prematurely and inability to complete tasks

And once again, my chance for earning xp from Tracker is ended by the dreaded 2 cupcake task. When will this be fixed? At this point, I would rather Tracker and his signs just stay away from my village. Almost forgot: the cupcake task came after the event ended and restarted twice. ????

I got the dreaded 2 cupcake task last week and resigned to the fact that I'm stuck at x1.3. Hope this does get fixed. This week I got 2 back to back miner tasks and 2 back to back handy tasks. Luckily it's only a 2-3 hour wait.

I had started a new Tracker mission early on Monday, but by later that night the mission reset itself and I had to start over (iOS version)

I got 2 cupcakes for the second week in a row. This is getting so old. At least this week I got a little further- 1.6 instead of 1.2

I'm not doing tracker this week. Last week my first task was bake something, then bake 2 somethings. My husband's was similar. We skipped it last week, and are skipping it again. I don't even care any more if I do it. Someone else commented that Tracker could keep his soup and that's how I feel.

I just went on my husband's iPad to harves a crop and I see the message 'Tracker event over'. and I had to laugh as I wasn't doing it anyway.

Funny stuff : what do you think of the following sequence? "Make 2 smurfs eat blueberry cupcakes","Earn 1464 xp in the Greedy's game" and "Bake one blueberry cupcake" in a row... So funny and ridiculous Come on it's a been almost a year now, it's not that hard to control the way tasks are given to players, developers have just to work on the whole list of tasks (to exclude these "2 cakes tasks") and on their dynamics (to stop consecutive similar tasks) ...

I agree they should remove the "bake two ..." tasks but I sometimes wonder if the back-to-back tasks with three in a row for Greedy is designed to slow us down from finishing the checklist early, or use sb to reopen the bakery (which I would never do).

How is one supposed to do the two cupcake task? I've baked 5 at Greedy's ovens, and it doesn't like that. Do we need to get them as gifts or something? It would be nice if Tracker only gave tasks that can be completed at the time, so rather than 4 potions in a row, maybe something from Handy, Lazy, Greedy, and Papa.

Hi Colin, there's a known bug where tracker asks us to bake 2 cupcakes/cakes and sometimes doesn't recognized/count the cupcakes/cakes we've baked. Basically when that happens, I either give up on completing tracker's tasks for that week, try resetting my game and phone in hopes that tracker will give a new task or just try to be persistent in baking (though the first 2 are more likely).

Hi Colin, just adding to what Smurfy Bear has said - the only way you can complete the task is to bake one and stay in the area. You can't go to your mountain, planet or island while you're waiting for the bakery. If you can, leave your game open it will work so maybe attend to your other areas and plant some crops that take a few hours or finish gifting etc for the day, play the game and leave it open overnight, then you can bake again in the morning. If you're using your iPad you can close the cover. You also can't go to the neighbourhood map either - just wait at the main village.

I have a really strange glitch. At the appropriate time, tracker says that the event is over. When I go to the couldron, there is no xp I can collect, it writes that come back next time, but tracker still have the exclamation mark, with ongoing event, for nearly endless time (I can't attach the photo of it )

I discovered a tip: if it asks you to buy an item, shove one you already own in storage and drag it back out and place it. Works every time.

None of the "make 2 Smurfs" ... do anything, eat anything etc. seem to work! There seems to be no "counter". Sometimes "2 Blueberry Cakes" means I have to make 3, 5 or worst time 6 cakes before the next task popped up! Different cakes seem to have different problems. Strawberry usually takes less than Blueberry. But making 2 and moving to the next task usually never happens. At least 3 are needed.

And now I was just asked to get 1,866 XP in Handy's game. How do we do that? The maximum I ever got on the fastest run without Handy even standing up once was 1,200 something! How to make it 1,800 this way?

Thought I would post this here as well since it is both the change in when Tracker arrives and an issue with the tasks:

My Tracker startet this morning. Make Grouchy cross his arms two times. Did that and nothing happend. Made Grouchy cross his arms over and over again. Decided to forget about it and went on with the game. Later I noticed Trackers mark in the shop - but nothing had change in the task list - and buying pathways did not change anything either. No tasks done.

The first tracker event this morning was to use harvest all 2 times. I used it 4 or more times, the task was not recognized as complete.

Went back to game after posting trouble here and the event was over. ????
