[iOS+Android] Ongoing problems with Tracker Smurf disappearing prematurely and inability to complete tasks

Monday morning....Tracker problems again, the second week in a row I had to play all mini-games to just reach 1.2. I could not continue with the list of 1.3 because I had to play Papa's game for the second time. When I entered the village an hour later Tracker told me he had gone! I have to start all over....this is so frustrating!

Even worse....first thing in the new list is baking...which I just did for my lost list....so I have to wait again...

You can't unless you have one in your village already. They forgot to take out the Xmas tasks while they deleted the items....

If you have them in storage just pull them out...it worked for me.

I did not have any reindeer in storage but had some in my village. Putting them into storage and taking them out did not work. So stored them again, closed the smurf app completely, rebooted and after restarting my ipad and my smurf village, I took my just stored reindeer out of storage. And so happy, it did do the trick :-)

Tracker is requesting that I add three present to the village....I added three of the "presents" for Smurfette's birthday party....but that's not it. Am I missing something?

I think he wants Christmas presents. He wants candy canes from me! As above, items are not in the menu, so We're both stuck!

Cupcake.....I pulled three Christmas gifts out of storage and it did the trick....I just placed them back in storage after Tracker acknowledged them.

I use android version 1.3.6a. I have problem with tracker smurf. I have never been able to play him. I kept receiving notification that he's back, but when I tapped his cauldron, I got message that tracker is away. I had tried to restart my device, however I kept getting the same message. Please help. It's been weeks. Thanks.

It is now really getting annoying!

See the two pictures from my iPhone and iPad: Both had a list of 3 items entirely full of Papa Smurf potion tasks! To add insult to injury, the last item on previous list was also a Papa Smurf potion item on both devices!

I do understand that Beeline want to collect a few SBs from the players, but frankly, this 4 times-in-a-row-grab for SBs is a bit obvious and highly unpleasant and annoying.

I wont play the Tracker game anymore.

Edit: played SV on my phone, baked blueberry cupcakes once, left the game open, screen never went black in between, baked again after 3 hours but task did not complete. So I am stuck! Beeline, pls sort this out!

The yule goat is a Christmas decoration that is no longer available for purchase. This is definitely a bug in the Tracker list. It shouldn't be asking you to add yule goats.

Spelling Bee....it is Monday again! And again Tracker told me that the xp event is over after I finished the first checklist and had to wait for the mini-game to be ready again. So I had to start all over. Second he now wants me to add a smurf to the village! How am I supposed to do this without berries? Can you pls let us know if they are working on these multiple problems everybody keeps reporting?

Hi Teddy. Yes, they are working on all of the problems with Tracker's event, but I have absolutely no information as far as when they will be fixed. That being said, it is very helpful when players report the issues they encounter and the Studio thanks you and everyone else who has taken the time to do so.

Today tracker tells me 6!!!! Times in a row "use vanitys photostudio"! And thenlay papas game... And then: vanity again!! Not really difficult to complete but annoying... And after that another time papa...! And the best one: earn 24 xp from lazy... I played and ended up with 23!! Xp... Had no idea that THIS ask would be the most difficult one ????

I prefer 6x Vanity over multiple baker tasks...there is a double/triple task in every other list here.

Haven't you caught 50 boots yet Light? Focus on that because afterwards it will reward you with 500xp every time you finish Lazy, no matter if you only catch one.

I don't like most of the minigames and play them for tracker and in the beginning for circus items. Still it's wortwhile to catch those boots! Especially for tracker.

Tracker tells me to earn 1645 xp from Handy's game. That's impossible! Even playing 3 pegs with a smurfy rating is less. Tried two times- still doesn't count. So frustrating!
