Srods One work around to placing prizes, say you want to put your veggie stand (Or whatever) on the island…travel to the island first THEN open the LTE and claim the prize.

That seems to have less crashing that way.

I have mostly enjoyed playing the LTE’s, though I agree with everyone - they are very glitchy.

The prizes are a mixed bag: Resources and Smurfberries are always welcome. More smurfberries and stardust would be better. Crate prizes of exclusive offers would be nice. Or a Smurfberry bird. Or an anti-wither machine….

Objectives are also a mixed bag: I don’t mind hand planting or harvesting 50 or so crops, that’s part of the challenge. Having so many that are 100 or more is a carpal tunnel nightmare. Giving objectives of things like 12-hour watermelon, clog up gardens for a long time, unless you delete them. The objective to harvest the same crop is unknown, and therefore, so is the decision to delete the crop or keep it.
That there is no way of keeping track of your progress during an objective is irritating.

So far, I’ve been able to mostly collect my prizes, though occasionally when I try to place an item in an area, I am kicked out of the game and the prize is lost.

The LTE’s have still been fun and of benefit.

I also had avocado crops that stated the time til harvest at a ridiculously high number that remained when the LTE was finished. I had to delete them.

The same procedure as any LTE - only the issues were still ignored, at least not fixed.

Hi, md! Send the ticket, tell PopReach what happened, and I’m pretty sure they’ll refund it. I can’t speak for them, but they seem pretty willing to make up for losses.

Thanks Morning Sky. I’ll try that if it happens again - but, as you say, quite difficult to see. Really not happy with the whole LTE effect on normal play, as others have repeatedly stated - and have been ignored.

If the "Hey Friend" pops up when I visit a neighbor, I click on it and then I can stop the spook by clicking the button in the upper right corner of the screen, but only a narrow border of it is visible.

Okay thank you it worked and my village is safe again. Still gonna continue the event for the prizes though. But I noticed that I lost the 225 stardust prize I had collected as well as some stardust from space, Cupcake if I fill out a support ticket will they refund it?

CoraPR I cannot believe that my game has just CRASHED.

This is the first time in the 4 days I have been using my new iPad mini 6 with 4GB RAM.

I tried to gift a friend during this LTE and the ‘Hey there’ invitation to play the event popped up, then a darkened screen. Re-booting is obviously going to continue to be a way of life. So this is yet another issue that has not been dealt with.
