I believe, they should come in a gift box, it’s possible they are in your village hidden behind something.

They should have been added to your total as soon as you sent your ID (nothing will pop up.) You can check by looking at your Smurfberry count on a recovery date just before you sent the ID, and then at a recovery date after you heard from them.

If you do this and still think you have not received then, write an email back.

I have not received the smurfberries that I won from the Honorable Mentions yet. I have been contacted by Popreach and they replied that they were added to my account, but the smurfberries have not popped up or been added to my total. What should I do?

Trosa. (And asmurf. ) Have you received your prize? I do hope so! Neil private-messaged me a week ago to ask for details, then my prize arrived the next day. I wasn’t being very observant, so I’m not sure if I got a gift-box, but there was certainly a pop-up notice.
