Just had a weird bug... I visited my mountain area to find that station 2 of engineer smurf’s hut had disappeared. Looked for it everywhere and found it back in the store as if I’d never bought it. This is despite my train still having three carriages... How odd ????

debbles smurf, no unfortunately customer services says it can’t be retrieved, so like you I have taken photos and given them a list of all my special items. I know it is hard work rebuilding but have no choice. I am just so very very grateful I don’t have to start at level 1 again????❤️????

Asmurf ask spelling bee via dm if they can look.into your logged ticket. Hopefully you can retrieve your village

Just wanted tp say thank you to customer service for all their help restoring my village. Am slowly building it back up to what it sort of looked like going by pics I had taken previously

And I think it's only in the MV. The Grove seems to function as expected.

Yeah, that’s a known graphical glitch that will be fixed in a future update, so nothing to worry about.

I’m wondering if our comments just got lost if the question was moved to a trouble thread or something.
So it’s not really a glitch just a misunderstanding, which is cool cause misunderstandings are easier to fix

I do think my comment was separate for some reason, so that issue may be an operator error.

???????????? As an aside, I noticed comments about this issue are scattered everywhere. You can post a comment on your own post, which keeps them all together (which can be useful.) Somehow my original reply and Skydiver’s got separated from your original post- not sure how that happened- maybe the forum had too much wine!

Did that happen to you just now with this post, or did you post separately? Just trying to figure out if it is a forum bug...

I see the problem! This is Miner’s hut, and NOT the game- the hut is just where Miner lives, and buying it unlocks the most productive mine in the game, but it is NOT the actual mine, which is the game! The game looks like a mine and is in the same menu as the hut, and right above or next to it, depending on your device. ( skydiver118 - take a look at the pic that Fun posted....)

You may want to submit a ticket because I’m on iOS and my miner is just fine.
