Can my husband safely download the latest update that is waiting on his iPad? We only have one working game left, and I don't want to tell him to do the update and screw his game up. He has version 1.41.0 on his iPad now.

Evabevasmurf Yeah, the 4th Gen iPad came out in 2012. While it is getting a little long in the tooth so to speak, it should be fine since it at least has twice as much RAM as the now struggling iPad 2.

It would be nice if they could make it so when a dust pile hasn't been swept for 12 hours it automatically moves itself. I haven't seen a dust pile in over a year and there is no reasonable way for me to move everything to look behind it all. Crazy tapping doesn't work, either, since I have crop squares and other items hidden behind stuff everywhere. -
A Handy Tip: click into the store then select Tailor Smurf's Cotton Reel...this dulls out all the background graphics...you can make out the outline of the bobbing signs and makes it easier to find Sweepy's Dirt Piles (via the bobbing sign above it)...just take extra care checking behind the bobbing game hut signs
Another Tip: I then place a small xp item (like a Humming Bird Flower) where the Dirt Pile was, so Sweepy cannot place a Dirt Pile there again

No LOF, my dirt piles have been gone for a long time. Sweepy is there, just no dirt.Comment

skydiver118 It may not be a glitch. It appears as though the countdown timer for the Golden Tickets are working independently of there actually being a video ready to watch or not. They stated that you can earn up to two tickets and two whole Smurfberries a day, which would mean its ready roughly every 12 hours or so.

My hubby downloaded the latest version last night. All seems to be well in his village.

I think Bongfish should look into Chilly's Game. Since playing I've gotten nothing but the dog with reindeer antlers 9 times in a row... such a waste of Smurfberries and extremely disappointing. Been trying for the Ermine since last year!Last edited by Y3nzid_Raxip; 12-24-2016, 12:15 PM.Comment

When I got the first dog I was happy because it's cute. The second not so much already. The third was a disappointment. The xth (honestly, I don't even know how many I have, but way too many, maybe 20+) was just so annoying I stopped playing the game. There's a few items I wish I'd win, but I always get the dog. I think two - max three - times did I get something else. -
i have so many dogs i incorporated them into my christmas tree -
I won over 100 of those dogs and still no smurf in the elf costume, i'm not gonna waste more smurfberries for that game.

Only in the blueprints though and not on the buildings, so it's not too bad. But something to keep in mind when working on graphical glitches

I just noticed something strange... At some point all my staircases on the mountain changed their decor without me touching them! How weird is that? I think it must have happened fairly recently, because one stood out like a sore thumb! Plus, when I went to replace a stone one that should have been a wood staircase, it became a wood staircase in the color I had originally painted it!
Would you please check your mountain staircases and see if this happened to any of you?Comment

Thanks for the fix and the info Spelling Bee and Twinkiepie. That explains it then. I wondered if I had a bug when an extra crater with a crate in it appeared. There must be another one somewhere then but I haven't found it yet lol.Comment

Do you have the last expansion cleared? Because the second crater shows underneath the expansion. Or do you have that area very stuffed with large objects? Big buildings or trees behind which a crater might be hiding?
Also I'm not sure if the crater might have replaced an item you had there before. People talked about making sure to make space where the craters would pop up, but I don't know if items would vanish or if the crater wouldn't show because the space was already taken. -

Another graphical glitch... The font size for gifts from friends has changed and now it is bigger than the opened box itself. If i wouldnt know the spots my friends gift usually, i couldn't read it!Comment

I downloaded the update, but my pathways still are not working properly. Some of them still stay underneath others no matter what order you place them. Is anyone else on a iPad Pro? Do your pathways work correctly after the update?Comment

It so strange, I installed the update again and it took me back to an old update, the one with the Papa Smurf icon. My village wouldn't open, so I tried to install the new update for a third time. Now it worked. My village opened and my pathways are working fine. I have a lot of work ahead of me correcting them, but at least it's working correctly.
I'm just wondering since I'm on the new update for sure now, anyone see my Christmas village, or is it still showing Halloween? -
Wow. I have been seeing your updated village for awhile now. My friend list shows up with two villages. The one with your Halloween decorations at level 100 and then one day your Christmas updated village appeared. So I had assumed everyone could see it. But than I had 88 bug and for some reason I couldn't"y gift u anymore. Sharon

I'm sorry, but all I can see is your old Halloween village ????. I can see that your giant pine tree Smurfy wonder has converted to its Christmas form, but I think that is because I have updated. I can't see any other of your new Christmas designs. ????
