I agree Levi Ellis and it is something I raise regularly with PopReach. Can I suggest you open a ticket with Customer Support letting them know your opinion - the more feedback they get the more chance they will switch things up.

This is definitely not an EO Lucy Webster so it’s not something I can request is put up for sale. I could be wrong but it might be one of the items that is unlocked when you get to a certain level?
