PopReach I have been in conversation with your Customer Support since September 15th. I had bought one of these new EO with two items right in several areas. One I placed on the island. Before that, I had created space by rebuilding something. But the game did not save the rebuilds and the new items only on the island and I have now repeatedly asked Jason to send me these lost items. Instead, he puts me off by saying that he gave the bug to the development team, but that doesn't get me back the items I paid for with real money.
I thought that such problems with Customer Support were a thing of the Beeline past, and I'm extremely disappointed by this course of action.
