I had issues with losing some of my purchases and won items from a corruption/reset error. I got one email back from PopReach but I haven’t heard anything in weeks. I just want the things I paid for. Please help

It can take a long time.....I have waited months sometimes. If you have already had an email you know they are aware of your issue, so that is a good sign.????-
