How long does it usually take for a Customer Support Ticket to be answered?

    7 days ago, I wrote a customer service request , 35780 because my 60 SB and snow cone shack wasn’t delivered. I’ve had no updates on this ticket. How long should this take?

      Spelling Bee, It’s been 18 (now 30 hours) hours and I have not received the shack nor the Smurfberries as of yet. Perhaps this slower delivery is related to the server issue?

      ChristalWest Your purchase and Smurfberries are sitting there in the queue, but it is showing that you haven't yet been online with your Smurf ID account for them to be delivered to your game. Please check to make sure that you have not been logged out of your Smurf ID account. If you were, log back in, and they should appear in your Main Village immediately after.

      Spelling Bee, thank you and Customer Support. Somehow, my smurf ID had logged out...not sure why...logged back in and after 3 relaunch of the app, they arrived. I really appreciate your assistance!
