Hey Snoopy Mom I thought of you today! I was up your way with my friend, as we did our usual Kohls/Christmas Tree, lunch at the Lilac Blossom, then my first visit to your Hobby Lobby! Despite my initial reaction of "Christmas! Not yet!" near the front of the store, I actually ended up with some nice snowflake and glass danglers. And found a pretty Baby's First Christmas ornament for a co-worker's new baby girl. Got some nice beads for my jewelry making. We had to leave when I was only about half way through the store, but it was a good day!

Did anyone have trouble getting the items for the water slide in STT? I actually didn't see the update until last night, but I've already made 2 Champion's Meals but the request screen keeps saying 0 out of 3.

I contacted customer service and they know about it, hope to have it fixed soon.

Thanks, Cat....unless it changes it's route, I'll just get some rain and some wind, but not much cause we are on the very edge of the cone ... East of the potential eye path. Scott is right smack dab in the middle of it, and he and his family had to empty out their refrigerator a couple of weeks ago from a power outage that lasted much longer than anticipated by the power company. Problem with this storm is that it is expected to stall and could be dumping rain for up to 3 days, causing a lot of flooding. Scott says his house has never flooded, so he must be on high enough ground not to worry about that. Please remember him and his family in your prayers this week............he has already been at Township saying he would trade things for some Hurricane Repellent Spray!!! (lol)

Thanks for the update on Scott, Ginger. I'm already praying for his family and others to get through safely. Glad that you should be OK--especially since you've already lived through Katrina!

Thanks. Cat. I'm 90 miles from the coast so we should be fine, we just worry about the power going out and the street flooding. Right now I'd describe things as....pandemonium at Wal Mart, no bottled water, can goods running low. I told Lady Pumpkin to stock up on desserts. No one is focusing on those right now and we will eat cupcakes if we have, too.
