Wow! I have never had this happen before in all these years---I just got 4 (count 'em-4) PMBs in a row!!???????????? Why didn't this happen when we could still do the 12 Days??! I now have 50 in storage and 10 out in my Christmas area. ????Comment

Cat, that IS amazing!! I know I've gotten two back-to-back, but four? Never.
The one thing I have found over time is that my best yield, hands down and without exception, is between 10:30pm and midnight. No idea why, but it has definitely been a "thing" for me. I've had 60 PMBs stored since about April and have been opening any others that have come my way since, but can't say as though I've gotten anything super rare or exciting. Still fun to try, though! -
That IS odd, Snoopy Mom, but who knows---maybe cyber karma is happier late night! Now that I don't have to get up by 5 AM maybe I'll stay up and try it! ????

I've been doing some thinking about "Twelve Days". Since I can't do pictures, I can't do a storyline with pictures. Still working on finding something I can use, cause I miss putting up pictures.
Anyway, if in December we have some players that can still play because they haven't updated to the new 11.0, and with the use of this Forum, we could open boxes to the old schedule of 12 days (December 13th through December 24th), and I can do the compilation of those that are involved. I don't expect many of us will be able to........and I'm not even sure we will still be able to have our Fairs............but, if so, we can at least do that much. Officer Opinabox has offered to check up on Fairs for me.Comment

Well as I've said, SSF lives on my iPad 2 which is maxxed at ios9. BF got me the smaller iPad Pro for Christmas and that will be going forward with new updates. So I definitely will be still playing my SSF. I'm just not sure about the ability to visit other fairs since that depends on how long that server stays up. So if you want to have it again when December rolls around, count me in!
I'm not sure about my iPhone 5c being able to do iOS 11, since Apple will no longer be supporting it. But it's yellow!! I'll never have another yellow phone! I love the thinness of the 6 and 7 but they're not yellow! (Yes, I know, I eventually have to move on.....) But for now I'm staying with my "outdated" 5c. Works fine BTW! ???? -
Oh and I really, really miss not being able to post pictures right into the forum! So many times I see some cute Peanuts thing and want to just pop a picture in like in the old forum. ???? I didn't do photobucket but I did enjoy the pics all of you put into this forum!
Ginger isn't that driving SV players crazy? I used to pop into there now and then and everyone seemed to have beautiful pics of their layouts all the time. -
Cat ... a lot of players at SV are still popping in pictures, so that's what I have to try to find out about and figure out how to do. If it's the Imgur thing, I tried it before but couldn't get it working for me. Have to admit, I didn't spend much of a try at it because at that time I had my trusty Photobucket going.

OK this isn't important or anything, just something that bugs me in STT. You know the items that say "animated" when they're in the for sale menu? Like the rope tree swing and the bee tree from the camping theme, although there were others that said that before too. Do they actually move in anyone's game? Mine do nothing, they just sit there. I like them anyway, but that "animated" label bugs me when they aren't! I would like some movement from them.Comment

Cat ... I learned the hard way a long time ago, that in order to get the animation to work, you have to zoom in. If you have it zoomed out to where you can see a large area of your town, then the animation seems to not respond. Try zooming into a smaller area around your animated item and see if you bring it to life. Then practice seeing at what point zooming out cuts it off. Hope this helps! -
Thanks Ginger! I zoomed in and saw the animations for the first time! I always have it zoomed out so I can see more all at once, so I never even knew that's how they work. Wish they were animated zoomed out too.
