Ack! Ack! I don't know why but I lost my daily playing streak again!! ????????????????????????
I know I play every morning but nonetheless today I went back to zero. This is the third time I get to 450 days or so and lose it. Arrgghh!Comment

Janie ... Grae told us quite awhile back that when 11.0 comes out, there is a list of games that no longer will be able to be played, and SSF was one of them.
I plan to stay at 9.0 where I am now, but I will not be able to get anybody that is 11.0. I can't do pictures. I can't do Officer Opinabox and pictures and storyline without being able to do pictures. And, Ern, I don't want to open my boxes in the summer. I plan to open mine close to Christmas for the memories. -

I've never lost my streak (knock on wood--not that it matters much anymore), but I do seem to end up with "0" daily bonus quite a bit. Been seeing that for several days running right now.

Carol - Sorry for your streak loss and the reality that 12 days won't be a reality. I had a monumental day, today. Today was my 2,000th day to consecutively log into SSF. I took a screen shot, but since I can't get Photobucket or IMGUR to work, I can't share the screen shot. It's been fun over the last few weeks when my daily streak went from 1975 to 2000 in that I tried to remember key events that were happening in my life during those years. When the streak gets to the more current years when I can remember what we were doing in SSF.Comment

Congratulations Scott! 2000 consecutive days--that's really something! Mine would be less because I started later, but it never got past 459 anyway. I was so disappointed that for the first time ever I didn't play for two days. Just didn't want to see the "You've played for 1 consecutive day!" screen.
Do any of you know why your photo bucket stopped working? I've never used it so I don't know anything about it, but lots of people do use it. Seems odd that they would just let it stay messed up. -
Cat .... they added a lot of ads for those that use Photobucket for free. The ads kept getting worse, making things sluggish, and then got to where it was being overridden by a whole page of ads that were not of the best taste, slowing it down even more, and being more suspect of phishing.
When that page happened to me, I would just exit and start from scratch til I could get my picture through and linked to SFF........but it has finally gotten impossible to make it work anymore.
Now then, what if I paid for ad-free for Photobucket. I'm not sure the ad-free would be free of the phishing-like thing, cause I can't imagine Photobucket allowing that pop-in page to have been there in the first place.

OK I'm getting sad about losing our SSF family! ???? My game will continue as long as my iPad 2 stays alive, which I hope is a loooong time. I doubt the server will stay up for it then, meaning no more visiting. It's true that w/o pictures and visiting 12 Days doesn't work, but we had a good run with a lot of fun. Thanks Ginger for all your hard work to put that together for us every year!
This is like when we had to switch to this forum and leave our old one (and all those years of posting!) behind, or when we got the news that SSF was done being updated. Geesh guys, I don't want to lose track of all of you! Our devoted little group of mis-fits! Sniff sniff.........Comment

Goodness carol, I hope your have a restful summer with speedy recovery. I keep telling myself that the SSF sadness now is from all of the good memories we created back when. -
Cat ... I can relate to the ear problem. Last year I had fluid behind the eardrum and the antibiotics didn't do the trick. So I had a procedure (forget the name of it) in the office where my doctor puncture that eardrum and sucked the fluid out. I didn't find it too bad of a procedure. The actual quickie part where the eardrum is actually punctured makes you jerk a bit, but it happens so quickly. Prior to that and afterwards, it didn't hurt at all.
Regarding missing the old group. If you want to consider coming over to Township, we have Pam, Scott, Ern, Janie, Biddy, Ginger, Grae and Smurfy Bear (who was in SV with some of us). You don't have to do the racing part, you can be a non-racing member and go as slow as you like and spend as little as your want to. If you decide to come over......you have to work your way through Level 19 before I can invite you into the co-op, but in the co-op you can interface with all of us on the chat board.
P.S. I don't think the Beeline server will go down until they give up on Zombie Diner (or whatever it's called). Once they scratch that game, they will close their server. Meanwhile, if we don't upgrade to iOS 11, I think we can still get into SSF and chat here on this Forum. Not 100% sure!

I quit going to SSF daily but I go to accept mail and return mail. Not much time anymore or the will to play SSF. When an iOS update hits I have no choice but to update. Only messages I get from SSF is that I need to contact the game ( beeline ) and tell them they need to update.Comment

Thank you for the birthday presents. I had some stuff happen, as usual, so I am not playing much. I have an iPad 3rd generation and it will only update to. 9.3.5 so that's where SSF lives. I'm trying to like the new game but I don't think I'm going to put $ into it just yet. I have to move and things got all messy. Oh, I can't find craft building 3 and it's driving me mental.Comment

LP craft building 3 is the companion building for the school. It looks like a giant Bunsen burner/beaker on top of a round brick building. I can't remember how I got it because I've had it a long time, but maybe someone else knows where to get it. ???? -
