Snoopy Dog: Well, that's a good job done, and I feel really good that cousin Ambrose will be getting the help he needs.

Officer Opinabox: Yes, that's a blessing, for sure. The poor fellow was so confused. Has no idea what he's done, or why, or even where he is.

Snoopy Dog: As soon as they get through with paperwork, Officer Valiant and Officer Trusty are standing outside waiting to transfer him over to the clinic where Dr. Omg and Dr. Smellies are waiting. The officers will have to stand guard over him for right now because he did escape once already.

Officer Opinabox: I still wonder why he was in our area.

Snoopy Dog: We may never know. I really think he knew he was in trouble and needed help and was seeking out our side of the family.

Officer Opinabox: Well, the doctors seem to have a handle on what needs to be done, thanks to the preliminary work they were able to do before he escaped. I understand he will only be here a few days until they are sure they have him stabilized, and then he will be transferred back to their part of the country.

Snoopy Dog: Yep, that's the plan. The SSF family are so loving and understanding, nobody wants to press charges, and I'm sure the court is going to be very lenient based on the medical aspect of the case.

Officer Opinabox: Well, all's well that ends well, as I always say.............and I guess I better go make my rounds. Thanks for another job, well done, Snoopy Dog. You guys are the best!!!

Gee I hope they keep us updated on Ambrose's progress. I know he was destructive but I feel sorry for the little guy and his Purple Problem!

STT is in the process of updating for the Christmas update.

I'm home for a snow day and just happened to see the STT update so I got it. Talk about strange! The update screen is still Halloween (maybe as a tribute to our own ever-Halloween SSF icon?). The items are Christmas and the background has snow. Does anyone's Santa's Workshop from last year work? The list of items need to be made in the workshop, but when I tap mine it says "Christmas is over..." so it doesn't work. We have to buy another one? Will that one work? Oh and I just noticed that the special Christmas gift you earn for making all the items is the Great Pumpkin! Wow I think they have major holiday confusion going on! ????

Whoa the strangeness continues....just went back into STT and the update screen is now all Christmas! I must be in some kind of time warp or something. My Santa's Workshop still won't make anything though. Guess I have to buy a new one. The prize is now a Christmas train.

Hey, Cat. I got the Halloween thing this morning, too. I knew something was wrong. Later it said to update, and I tapped that and was sent to the App Store which showed Xmas and said open. I clicked open and went back to Halloween crazies. So, I shut down, waited a couple of minutes, and rebooted. Noticed that my icons showed I had an update, so I went in there and the update was for STT. Updated and .... Tada .... Had Xmas and not Halloween. I had to buy the workshop because I didn't have one, having deleted a bunch of Xmas stuff last year to make room. It's working fine.

Tap on Snoopy and check the 3rd thing down for what you have and don't have. There were still a lot of little things I'm checked off as having. If it shows workshop checked off ... Then you have a problem. If not, then it must be a new workshop.

Today, being the 13th Dec (I have to use words as I get confused with the US form of of date writing - MM/DD - and have to think too much!) and my chosen PMBs gave me "bunnies on a hill", "a sloth" and a "reindeer"!

Hehehe - I forgot at first I open 3 a day with 36 PMBs out!

It's only 3 PM here where I am, so I have several hours before I go to bed, and here you are, already getting up for the day. Isn't it amazing how our world revolves, but we still all continue to love Snoopy and the Gang?
Want to talk about a coincidence? I just came to the computer to open up last years header for the compilation listing, so I could get things set up, and here you are already with input!!! (lol)

Biddy, I know what you are talking about getting the date right:-) World is revolving, we all love Snoopy, but we are different indeed:-)
About christmas traditions- in Germany we have the "Adventskranz"- four candles (one for every Sunday) on a ring of christmas tree branches. And for children there is a small present every day in December (Adventskalender).
Do you have those, too?

Yes, pretty much. Churches in particular have Advent Candles in either a wreath or separate. 4 Sundays leading up to Christmas Day. Colours of candles and sequence of lighting differs depending on traditions (Hope, Joy, Peace, Love) are the candles significance. Advent calendars are now readily available from supermarkets with chocolates for each day!! Personally I preferred doing my own ideas. I saw one recently made from 2x12cup muffin trays linked together (making 24) and holes covered by card on which the dates were written. I thought that was a clever idea and the spaces were big enough to fit more interesting treats in. And our Christmas in Australia is in the middle of Summer, too, so different again.

Good morning! Woo hoo I get to open five boxes a day!! So on the first day of Christmas my PMBs gave to me: a Mime, a Flower Seller Girl in brown dress, a mini Taj Mahal, the striped windsock on a pole, and the little satellite thing that flies around. I was going to store it to get its real name but I can't find it again!

Hmmm.... I just cannot imagine what may be showing differently for you than for me, Ginger. I count 55--32 across from Charlie Brown's house, and 23 adjacent to my safari area, where there had been 28 before I opened 5 this morning.

Perhaps the server was slow to catch up??? Certainly odd.
