Sister is doing very well. She has 3 chemo treatments left, then a PET scan, and if the PET scan is good, she goes on oral meds to stop the body from making estrogen. I've been told that is for 5 years, and recently heard that after studies the 5 years has been increased to 10 years. If the PET scan is not good, she would have to have radiation before the oral meds.........but we are not anticipating that.
Hubby had surgery Monday to place a spinal neuro stimulator in his back. He is in a lot of pain today......but has pain meds to take. Hoping that will do the trick. Too soon to tell if the stimulator is the answer. -
Glad to hear that your sister is doing well. It sure is a long road, isn’t it? I imagine that you’re home to help with hubby after his surgery. Things keep you hopping all the time! Hope this latest treatment for your hubby works out well. Try to get a break for yourself in there! ????

Thank you Cat and Ginger. I know I've been away for a long time. The move was horrendous, my friend died in an accident before I started- I don't know if I told anyone. Monster is still with us. He had his 15th birthday in March. We are still rebuilding around here from Irma and I was lucky to sustain minor damage compared to others. I have been, for the most part, at least signing in my games daily. I lost my playing streak in SSF and it doesn't give me daily coins now but I started saving PMB instead of opening them. Idky. It really has been a very long time. 4 years, I think? I'm playing Snoopy Town most often but it's not connected to FB. Other than that, it's packing my parents' house and trying to acclimate to Florida. It's weird here. But just like anyplace it has its pros and cons. I definitely loved not freezing during the winter ????

I was going to open all my purple boxes on my birthday the end of August, then delete SSF and update to iOS 11 ............ however; Bear (who plays with us over at Township) told me there are problems with iOS 11 and that I should wait til iOS 12 comes out in September.Comment

Yes, it was a lot of fun while it lasted and I want to thank you for that. Sometimes I’m reminded of the crazy great things we did when there were a lot of us in the group. And SSF was still getting updated! I have enjoyed this forum, and the game, so much. Geesh I’ll probably have to start playing Township! I already do Hay Day every day and they seem so similar.....but it would be fun to be back in a game with you guys.
Don’t know what I’ll do with all my PMBs. Since I’m going to keep playing SSF I guess I’ll save them up for Christmas or who knows when. Maybe there are some Little White Trees hiding in there! It will be fun seeing what you get in yours!
Hey Ginger do you still play Snoopy Pop? I tried it again the other day and got through 2 levels, then got really stuck again. I just can’t get momentum going in that game! -
Yes, Cat ... I still play Snoopy Pop. I'm at over 800 plus at this time. I take advantage of all the advantages they give us, and use those to past the areas where I get stuck. I've used the "blow-up" advantage lots of times. I use Franklin every day to get 3 quests to get stars towards an advantage or to get advantage itself. I find if I go back to 8, 9, 10, 101, 201 or 501 to try for advantages I can go through those without bombing out and earn the color or points or save birds that I need to get those advantages. You have to use the things available to you to get past those hard parts. -
Thanks Ginger, I’ll try it for a few days and see if I can get going! I like the game, I just get really stuck and am always waiting for more lives. Hate those pinwheels! I waste marbles on them all the time.
