Hi Charlotte blakely. The previous developer (Beeline) stopped issuing regular updates for Smurfs and the Magical Meadow back in December of 2015. A few months later in March of 2016, they released a small bug fix update and that was the last one they ever did for the game. In the fall of 2016, Smurf and the Magical Meadow was acquired by Flashman Games along with the original Smurfs' Village. While Magical Meadow is technically not "dead", the new developers have been primarily focused on Smurfs' Village. It is updated every 3-4 weeks, had a has a much larger community of players.

Bongfish did issue a small update this past December for Magical Meadow, and they do have another bug fix update in the works. My advice would be to submit a Customer Support Ticket.

I am an IOS user and just recently downloaded SVMM. Now I can't open the game as it keeps on crashing during loading. I tried to delete and download but still has the same issue.
