Not sure what is going on with the android version and why no update, an answer of some sort I think would be much appreciated. Customer service are lacking the service part as l emailed them about the update. Even trying to get answers out of google play store is like talking to a brick wall.

Sometimes there are delays and it can't be helped.

Maybe Google Play Store doesnt even know for the next update as the update was not sent to them. Its probably not even finished yet. They said it would come on 18th but probably there was a problem with sth or sth else and they are trying to fix it.

I've given up and returned to the original game. That is still getting new content, whilst this has been abandoned.

The game hasn't been abandoned just updates are taking longer. Android had a gap of 5 months before it got the latest update bringing it in line with ios. Hopefully an update is released in coming weeks. The developers maybe taking their time to fix existing bugs like they did with android

Can't really blame poi00, it's been also about 5 months since the last content update for IOS, and I am nearly done upgrading everything I can with the game. Can the Studio at least give us some update news on when the content update is estimated to be released?

Yes, there's no point in second-guessing what the developers are doing. We need to hear something. I'ts been more than a month since Spelling Bee said she is waiting to hear something.

I know the frustration. When 1.9.1 was released on ios android had to wait even longer and it has happened with the first smurfs game on android no update yet and it has been nearly a week without any real explsnation at all as to why the delays. It would be nice to get a reason that makes sense. If google rejected it just tell.us that if that is the.reason. So yes I understand the frustration.

so I have the newest version like many out there but have reached the max level for months and no sign of an update, any clues on when it could happen? I'm just playing for gaining the achievements now. All the XP I'm getting is going nowhere but it says I have to level up as well but I can't, it's slightly annoying really
