I am just wondering how can you take a screenshot with a non-Samsung device, if the Android version of the game is only released for some Samsung devices?

It's just a generic image to show the update is available. That being said, the Studio is testing the game on several other Android devices at this time. This includes hardware from several manufactures, not just Samsung. They are working as quickly as possible so that as many people can play as possible.
