What do all of you have your Graphics set to in the Game Settings? If you have them set to High, have you tried setting them to Low and seeing if that helps?

I'm playing on iPad Air (1st gen) and the lag is pretty bad. I tried your suggestion SB - it def fixed the lag but I couldn't stand the look of my village in low res! One of my favourite things about this game is the graphics so if that's the only fix I'll put up with the lag! ????

Spelling Bee, I play this village on iPad mini. Graphics are at " low". I have a lot of stuff in this village and 250 smurfs and crops. Villages with less stuff and smurfs are running ok on this device. I tried to load the village on my "new iPad" but it failed. It starts at level 1 every time I try and it don't load the GC-data.

Yeah Morning. The 1st Gen iPad Mini runs the exact same hardware (A5 & 512MB of Ram) as the 2nd Gen iPad. Given what you have in your village and the older hardware, I can see why you would have a lot of lag.

What does everyone think of the Crop Calendar being transformed into the Activity Board? I like having more activities to get bonuses for completing, but I'm kinda bummed there are only four things for each day.

The curse of the snails has been lifted! We can sell the snails!!! and other MA items! Thanks, Beeline!
I love the ability to mix all the colors we want. Incredibly smurfy! I think I could spend hours just mixing different colors and trying them out in the huts. Now we just need to get some more paintable items.
The new achievements are great as well. Although there might be a bug with the expansions. I expanded twice since the update, but apparently the second time wasn't recognized.
altogether great update! But what's with the new sounds when harvesting or collecting stuff at the pool or mine? I can't say I care for them at all.
As for the lags: my worst lag is after I sent a smurf to do an activity at the pool. My record wait time was 17 seconds before the graphics changed back to the opening pool window. Usually it's about 10 seconds. The first time after the update went quickly amd I thought it might have been fixed, but no... I'm on iPad 2.

Yes, finally we can be rid of those dang snails????????. I thought there might be a bug with some of the achievements, mine is harvesting the lettuce. It recorded it the first time but hasn't been counting any since. I guess I was mistaken, my lettuce is being counted ????...whoo-hoo!! ????Last edited by Gsev_1; 08-23-2015, 04:53 PM.

Cool update, but I don't like the fact that we can now earn other things like grass or flowers when sending smurfs to activities (swimming, reading etc). Il I need decorations I'd buy some, don't want to earn it instead of smurfy items... And I still have problems with sending gifts, the game crashes almost everytime...

As much as I like the new achievements, they apparently have resulted in the chances of finding MA in the mine being reduce to zero! I got MA fairly frequently with the tomato and melon activities, but not a single one since the upgrade. I'm not very happy about that because after the initial easy achievements, it takes quite some time to finish the other achievements. Meaning we basically can only rely on the one or other rare MA when harvesting crops. I can understand that Beeline needs to keep some kind of balance with how many free MA can be gathered altogether, but I think this went too far, particularly as most of the really cool new items cost MA. Making MA so hard to get in the game makes me less inclined to spend money on MA, quite frankly.
And as mentioned above, turning grass, buckets or mushrooms with a resell value of a single coin into special items at the Magic Pool is a big let-down. It would be better not to win anything as these items are not even worth the trouble to sell them if we don't want them. Please come up with some more attractive alternatives like the gold fish providing coins or some other rare decorative items. Please use this as a challenge to your creativity!

Hi Jielha, I don't think that's true. I am still getting magical acorns through the mine and even the reading activities. The drop rate is rare, but at least I am still getting it. On average, I get the acorns from the mine activities about once a day, sometimes once in 2 days, but at least I am still getting them. So I think for your case, it's just a case of bad luck and bad rolling of the drop rates.

I, too have experienced no problems receiving MA while mining. My frustrating quest is for silver! I rarely get a chunk despite round the clock mining. I've had to purchase silver to complete several of Miner's high end creations. A greater concern is the fear we'll have to wait another six months before the next level update.

The patch of meadow that we can only clear by inviting friends via email, Facebook etc, or by spending 100 acorns is unfair. 100 acorns is way too much and I'd rather invite friends via GC or the forum. My only other option is email and my RL friends don't want to play and I don't want to divulge their email.
