Love the new update -EXCEPT - unless I'm counting wrong the solar amulet shards count to your total in the storage, if you can't do anything with them until you reach 20 of them, that's a lot of storage space being taken up by them. Please let me be wrong!! Anyone else able to confirm this??

Brina you are right, the solar amulet shards count in my storage, too.
And also the solar amulets are counting there, I know this for sure because I still have 5 of them.

Agreed - I have 6 shards and they are definitely counting towards the storage limit.

I have put in a ticket to Beeline to see if this is a bug or intentional - I certainly don't want to have to add 20 more storage slots just for amulet shards!

I'll definitely bring this to the studio and ask if this was a mistake or is intentional. I'll get back to you both as soon as I can.

Looks like they meant the solar amulet shards to count towards the storage space - I heard back from Beeline support this morning and they said 'Thank you for your feedback and interest. We hope to incorporate ideas from users to improve the game in the future.' - which basically means that it is not a bug! I ended up getting 20 shards and am now crafting my first amulet (24 hours) - don't think I will be trying for any more!

So how do you get those shards? I have been playing a lot and have not gotten any of them yet, am I doing something wrong?

You get them as a lucky harvest (just like the sunstone shards) when you are harvesting resources. From my experience this morning (when I used an explosion potion and went around harvesting heaps of items) they are definitely harder to get than sunstone shards - I got 18 sunstone shards but only 7 solar amulet shards.

Thank you well I didn't get much solar shards so I guess that is why

One other question I have after this update is in relation to the clearing of clouds. I am at the top level in cooking, building and alchemy, and have finished all available quests, and I used to get the message that I couldn't clear any clouds as I had freed all the smurfs - however, now I can clear clouds but only get resources - can anyone enlighten me as to why this may have changed??

Okay, I'm extremely disappointed. I just downloaded the new version and I *still* can't get to Nanny Smurf! I feel like I'm being discriminated against for having completed all of the quests in the other professions. Couldn't they have added at least *one* new quest somewhere to allow me to uncover the clouds around Nanny?

So wait... we the user above you says he doesn't get the message about the "you have found all the smurfs" when clearing new clouds, but you still cannot open that cloud? ... then I have no clue what they are doing...

That's right. I was still getting that message. Although in another thread someone suggested upgrading all of the worktables to level 1, and when I did that, I was *finally* able to clear Nanny's cloud, and Cobbler's too!

Thanks - it is all to do with upgrading the worktables. As soon as the update came down I tried to clear a cloud in cooking and got the 'found smurfs message' - I then upgraded all the worktables to level 1 and could then clear the clouds to get resources. Until now, I didn't realise that the upgrading of the worktables and the clearing clouds message was linked!

I am happy that this worked for you. But this is not funny. You'll need lots of Money for Nanny and for Cobbler, too. And after spending 7000 coins for every worktable this is very disappointing

You're right - Tailor, Nanny and Cobbler are very expensive. I am level 12 in Tailoring and I reckon that I have spent over 50,000 coins to do that - added to the 63,000 coins that I spent getting the 9 main work tables to level 1 so I am pleased that I amassed 300,000 coins making stuff that I didn't need waiting for new recipes!!!!

Same here! Before this update I had amassed 400,000 coins and now, after updating all of the worktables (13 tables, including the Sunstone Smelter) and doing some of Nanny's and Cobbler's recipes, I am down to 244,000.
    Working...
